I've been around, mostly lurk and tell you that Bellingham is all full when you talk about coming up here. I also try to burst your tax-free balloon idea of living in WA and shopping in OR. I mean, technically you could but you'd need to do your shopping further south, like Salem or Eugene; they charge sales tax in the OR border towns for WA residents.

My only claim to stonk fame is buying CAR at $12 or $20 and forgetting about it until it went to something stupid like $500. Missed the peak but sold in the high $300's, so that was nice.
