    Doubt it. I don't even like pulled pork. On the rare occasion that I do eat it, it's with a Carolina mustard sauce.

    That's a whole lot of effort when you could buy a different cut and get better flavor and better meat volume.

    The meat is inherently fatty on pork ribs. Especially around where they join the sternum. It's not my preference.

    When you trim it right in peal the membrane at all cooks out. There are not giant veins of fat on my ribs

    Preparation is everything.

    As a kid my mom boiled brussel sprouts and I hated them. As an adult I ordered some baked/broiled with asiago cheese and they're divine.

    I've par-boiled and removed the membrane, I've filleted out the membrane pre-cooking, I've smoked and then removed the membrane after an hour.

    I mean, if you can cook pork ribs I've tried it one way or another. Not a fan

    I'll reserve judgement until I've tried yours some day

    If I could afford it, I'd live pescatarian (just seafood) and veggies. Red meat is fine, but I wouldn't miss it if it was gone. I haven't had a burger since August 2021
