    Well, suddenly GME got interesting again.

    Edited to note:
    Splitting this thing out makes it much easier for retail to purchase shares and exercise options due to the decreased cost per share.

    The fact that they intend to deliver the split as a share dividend is fun. Wonder where that leads?

    They filed a 12b-25 after the bell. They can't meet today's 10-K filing deadline and the 12b-25 is the form used to ask for more time. They did state they should be able to provide the 10-K no later then 15 days from today. This is either brilliant or they real are that dumb. Brilliant if they release the week of the 14th cause that option chain is fucking loaded. Personally, I think they are just dumb but time, yes more time, will tell. lol
