Ya'll think he plays options, but in reality he's just a boring ol' Buffet style value investor, reading accounting paperwork.

Wait why did you add a verb in that sentence?

And what do you mean by…again?

Reading SEC filings is a pretty good habit to have. Sometimes you can catch shit that's gonna be important. I mean looking at just top and bottom lines their 10K looks like shit. They lost money. What they also are doing, which is way more important, is securing tons of capital to be able to keep losing money until they become profitable. Monday's conference call will hopefully have some guidance that might provide a spark.

Until TYDE gets approved by the SEC the volume is gonna stay low and dark pools will be in control. Could be Monday. But probably not. As I stated above I'm looking for some strong forward guidance Monday. There was nothing in the 10K about LOMO's MAU count or Adrizers ability to produce profit from LOMO.

Tik Toks MAU sits at about 1B. It's valuation is about $50B. If LOMO has 100M MAU then it's reasonable to approximate it's value at $5B. Since BBIG only owns 40% until the ZASH merger is complete that means it's share of that is $2B. With a partially diluted share count of 188.7M shares per the 10K and assuming it trades at value that's a share price of $10.50. Once we have MAU's then I can figure out fair value. This is only based of LOMO. So, yeah, eventually we might get paid. lol

But "doing" is a mostly a noun. You can kinda force it into a verb with the dative case. It's complicated.

You coulda bought in to my stock over a year ago with a much better cost basis and had infinitely more resources poring over every document, filing, news uttering, and basically who worked for who at every bank, hedge fund, and consulting group since their inception.

I too can read 10K forms. So do all the hedge funds and short sellers.

Just strikes me as odd that you think you figured something out on your own(ish) when there's hundreds of thousands of people with a proven case for something much better.

I don't know what people see in BBIG. It kinda reminds me of the old NIO bagholders.

Also, your argument for BBIG losing money to invest forward is literally what GME's been doing for a year and you keep shitting on it.

Also I've been indulging in zombie jesus holiday cocktails since about 2pm

What's GME's YoY capital increase? What make GME better as a growth company? It's a dead and dying retail store. Reminds me of Toys R Us. It's shorted to hell for a reason. lol

Have you literally never paid attention to any of my late night rants at all in the last year lmao. I've gone over this ad nausea.

And as for capital increase. $1.8b on hand over the last year with a 5m share offering. $1.8B on 5m shares... What's BBIG sitting on in cash? How much property, IP, and patents do they have?

It saddens me, because I'm gonna have to pay for our hunting trips while BBIG tries to earn enough for you to sell and fill up the tank on your busted 4runner

Yeah, yeah. We'll still go hunting and we'll take my fixed 4Runner since your Turdgen is, well, not that great off-road. lol

    Just speed read GME's 10K.

You are correct. They have $1.3B cash. The lost 381M. So they have a few years of cash to get them through. So did Toys R Us. lol

You know why Toys R US sank, right? It's so far from GME's scenario you might as well be comparing apples to the starboard side of a sailboat in 1886 on a passage from England to the Americas.

    Here's a quick primer:

Consultants at the behest of their hedge fund partners install management. Load the company with debt while the HF's short it, and then everybody tosses up their hands and says, "boy golly there was nothing that could be done." Company files for bankruptcy and trades on a market you and I don't have access to. We can see the tickers, but you can't buy shares in blockbuster, sears, etc. But they're still printed on the tape.

I'd like to very politely shake you by your boomer shoulders and say, "look, good sir, I might be young, but I'm not stupid"
