    OK. I'm back to being less pissed.

    Here's what needs to be figured out. Was this delay caused by BBIG or TYDE. Or did the SEC put the brakes on it. If the SEC is the one causing this delay I see that as bullish. Since BBIGV and TYDEV started trading five days ago all sales have been tagged and tracked. This includes sales of BBIG since it's a due bill dividend. IF, and that's a mighty fucking big IF, the SEC is causing this delay it means they've found "anomalies" in the tickers.

    As it stands I'm highly suspect that BBIG or TYDE would slam the breaks on this. They want to increase the share count and need stock holder approval to do that. No way in hell will they get it if they are the ones that delayed this. There's nothing in today's 8K that states who caused the delay. There's just this line that states:

    BBIG today announced that, due to contractual and regulatory conditions, the Company’s Board of Directors has decided to delay the distribution date for the previously announced spin-off of Cryptyde, Inc. (“Cryptyde”).

    If the board did this without direct orders from the SEC it would be the stupidest moves in the history of a company that has had a lot of stupid moves. As it sits the end of Q2 is June 30th. Guess I'm locked in for another month. lol
