Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

Cruise ship thing makes no sense to me at all. I did get into JETS a couple months ago though

 

I'm in NCLH since 16, ALK at 37, and RDS at 28.

I would never go on a cruise... But I know ppl are crazy about them.

 

Out of $LAZR on that dip...Out at $38.21...in at $14... Nice return! Now I have the $$ to exercise some calls next week...

 

Just threw a dart at FDX. 20 Jan 15 $300 calls at $7.09 strike. I'm gonna be pissed when they miss earnings. lol

 

jeez! That's a great price. It's already $1,700. Don't hold that through earnings!!

 

WF and UBS both raised their price forecast on FDX today. UBS also upped it's earnings estimate. Earnings Whisper has the EPS 25% higher then current Wall St estimates. I'm holding. lol

 

If it pulls back a little I'll bite, but I'm not chasing it. Waiting 2 days and a $5 fall could save $300....

 

I need to keep at least $2,200 cash to exercise my $11 DEC 18 $PLTR calls next week.

 

Soooo...what are the odds I would sell a DEC 18 $5 covered call on a $4 stock and then BOOM it would go up 12% and the call would 3x in value from $15 to $45 in 1 hour and I'd miss out on $30 per contract? 100%

 

I was contemplating a
TSLA Jun 2021 400.000 put @$26 yesterday...Dammit...

$29.10 +$3.05 +11.71%

 

Roll out and up while it's still high.

 

Well I could buy back the $5 DEC for $30 and sell the Jan for $50...

 

It's weird that $TSLA is back green and the puts are not falling...

Looking at the $CHWY earnings report...It's got to be pretty discouraging for a business to do what they have done for revenues the last 6 months, increased by 45% and STILL report a net loss...at what point will you be actually making money?

Have you looked at QS after hours? I got out of my 200 shares about 20 minutes before close. I'm a dumb ass. lol

CHWY has a major distribution center not far from me. I helped coordinate their new forklifts when it opened when I was in that industry, and then I handled all their dock maintenance a few years after that.

For better or for worse, they spend money on top tier equipment and maintenance. Good forklifts, loading dock equipment, good racking. You can eat off the floor in that facility. The staff always seems well trained and happy.

I buy CHWY stock because for a big box warehouse company, they seem to give a shit about their facilities and their people.

Side note: A few years ago when my GF was going through a rough financial time (I was up in Seattle and she was home here in Reno) she had ordered some stuff for our dogs birthdays. She cancelled the order the next day, and got a phone call from a Chewy CS rep asking if anything was wrong. She explained she was canceling the order since she didn't have the money. They sent her the toys, along with a card signed by a bunch of people at the CS office. That is how a business should be run. They get every dollar of our pet money, and will continue to get it. We kept the card on our fridge for a long time. I just went to take a picture of it, but my GF filed it away somewhere and she's not sure where it's at.
