Turns out this whole mega BBIG dumb as fuck play I got into wasn't that bad. It's bouncing off of historical support the last three days and is holding. While the market bleeds. Sure, I'm down but at least I'm not still sinking like the rest. lol

You got a timeframe for cash out on this thing, or is it just going to be eternal entertainment until you pass it on to your heirs?

 

The MBS market may have some trouble. The housing market will be fine.

No one wants to buy existing MBS because they are bond products filled with mortgages paying a 2.5 to 3.5% rate whereas the new ones coming out are filled with mortgages paying a 5.5 to 6% rate. And as always with bonds, when yield rises, market price of existing lower-yield bonds drops.

So yeah, current holders of MBS, if they want to move them, are going to have to sell at a substantial discount.
