Insane. I've spent a lot of time in the San Juans over the years bumming around in $3,000 wooden boats and seen more whales than anybody who buys that house will see.

And if you're going to buy a house in the island, go for Orcas over San Juan itself. Orcas at least has an airstrip to land your plane at.

Edit: I misremembered. San Juan has Friday harbor (which also has an airstrip) but Orcas island is far and away the better of the two big islands.

If you can get a hold of a boat, Clark and Sucia islands are the ones you want. The white flight rich have colonized both San Juan and Orcas at this point.

Wondering how the rocket launch companies are gonna do. Doubt they'll be able to hold up with a refined fuel crunch. What would be the simplest way to short them? I'm not cleared for options and not sure i wanna dabble there if i don't have to

Be rich. Buying puts isn't shorting anything. Any purchased option contract is a long position. You don't have enough money to actually short things.

Has it “worked”? He hasn’t even quit his job yet and has to get on a plane this week for that silly job. He was gonna be on a private jet by now, he promised

At this rate I'll be lucky if I have enough free cash to take the bus.

I really want to start a business hiring a red-green colorblind homie to do a blog on the stock market, traffic lights, Christmas, and apples.
