BNL worked for custom home builder in Austin, he was let go. I'm gonna reach out to my real estate agent later today, her company is one of biggest ones for our county and big influence in surrounding counties. I wanna hear what her company is experiencing.

 

I had to go to six flags and stand in the rain until the tornado warnings closed the park for the day...
At one point I'm checking my phone and my kid says "Could you be here...not looking at stocks for a second"
and I said "Oh, I'm actually looking at the weather right now, stocks are worse than this storm"

 

Yeah that's unfortunate. Yeah this shit can consume us that's for sure, My laundry fairly is always on my ass about being on the phone/cpu etc

 

In fairness, what tools do they have?

Try driving a car using only the brakes and gas, without being able to touch the shifter, steering wheel, or any of the other pedals or controls.
