    Nah, I just hate being around people. Lockdown was amazing. Didn't have to make any excuses to get out of doing things and none of my customers would let me into their facilities. 10/10 would pandemic again.

    Her school uses chromebooks...they all have accounts on google for the school. If she's logged into the school account on the chromebook she can't even edit the settings.
    It was crazy because the school system in town started a technology initiative in 2017...and completed it by 2018...that every student 5th grade to 12th would have a chromebook and internet access at home. If they couldn't afford either it was provided by grants from donors. So when covid hit we already had 100% remote capabilities for EVERY student 5th grade and up...didn't miss a beat. I would bet our town had some of the highest continuous scores/post covid testing scores in the nation for a public school...

    BaCk In My Day we watched Tom Brokaw after dinner around the fireplace and we took our tests on blue books. There was no need for independent sources of information because by god it was all available in the district approved texts.
