the only rational I could find was for awhile there they were performing at a loss and they changed their business mode from like bulk distribution to oils and pharmaceutical grade weeds

So basically getting in at a restructuring time period but I am ok with that.

I will say I have done very little DD in MEDIF

just what I mentioned above and me being a trending volume chaser on that one

oh and their CFO left in nov for not much real reason at the same time they gave the news about poor performance and the restructuring for new business model

Apparently they have good facilities and certifications for pharmaceutical grade products so they are going that route.
