Make it with focaccia. If you have a stand mixer, focaccia is like dirt simple. Use a scale and weigh the flour and water, don't bother with measuring cups.

I did a breast when we had 4 meat eaters plus a vegan. And had a ton of left overs. I just don't understand people going through the hassle (and owning like special dishes and whatnot) for a full bird for a small family. Shenanigans.

My in laws we're going to have about 15 people. That's fair full bird territory.

 

Pretttty much. If you have coinz on any exchange I'd probably be moving them out as quick as possible. Every couple hours there seems to be another exchange stopping withdrawals.

I love turkey salad sandwiches. I make them using smoked turkey in the summer all the time. But a week straight?

 

They're in my yard teasing the dog every morning....

 

We used to get turkeys once in a while. But our Jack's have run them off one too many times, I guess. The deer still come around and torment the dogs. Tonight we had a possum up one of the maple trees, getting the doggos all sorts of wound up. He eventually decided to haunt someone else's yard, though. Still, that was a long couple of hours with the dogs racing around the yard barking.

On the subject of crypto, I found my hardware wallet...now can't find the wallet-specific USB cable to connect it to the computer. Always something.
