I caught this flash of red out of the corner of my eye and immediately thought, "god damnit, did I get put in timeout again?"

 

Reminds me...I was supposed to cut the 4ft lower half off the back side of my shed to replace the rotting parts of the siding...Just sprayed a bunch of expanding sealer on it last year and said "I'll get that next year..."

 

Been trying to pay my chase credit card for an hour and this is how well it's working.

 

So inflation and the current market made me go from supervising your $10M beach/lake front 6000 sq/ft mansion to me framing a fucking shed. Yep. Shit's fucked.

Have you found a concrete guy yet? Are you running electric or plumbing to it? Are you pulling a permit? Are you aware of your setback laws?

 

It's not my fault! Call Ryan Cohen and tell him to give me shareholder value.

My next door neighbor works for a concrete company. We're going to do everything to code. And yes...we'll pull permits...

Biggest thing is making sure the swale in the side yard stays whole. We'll put in a drain, clean-out ports, and re-locate my sprinkler lines. Everything will be done properly, I'm just paying cost for it vs 20% markup.

Electric will be run from the guy we use to do all our million dollar projects at work. All legit. No plumbing needed, we still have the house to poop in.

 

Do you have a size and design yet? I'd be curious to price out pre-builts vs what I could do it for.

 

Looking at 12' x about 40'. It's gonna be a long shed. I can't afford to put you up in a hotel and buy you steak dinners though while you're working out of state lol

I'm going to end of exercising a $YELLQ $2.50 put because it's so in the money but there's zero volume on the contracts. Also, what is with these orders filling for odd lots… You try to sell a bunch of shares of something and you sell 96 of them. And then another 54. How Meta is this? Bitching about the odd 96 share a lot and a 54 share lot comes through.

I akshuuuallly set a 2% Trailing stop for ALL my $VET..that puts me over 100% gain for my remaining shares...and I don't want to watch it go back to $12 again...
I'll wash the gains against losses and move the max to tax free Roth in chunks and rebuy in 1 month...
