    Well...again the crazy thing is because the value of a dollar goes down with inflation (and the reduction of absolute cost of interest on debt) stocks MUST go up to remain the same intrinsic value...
    If stocks are going down AND the dollar is inflating then we are really really really fucked because you are losing $$ at an exponential rate on the bad side of inflation...

    But the Fed ain't care about any of that. They just lookin' for that 2% CPI headline with unemployment under 5%. A soft landing like that would cement Powell's legacy.

    It's bigger then that. China's fucked. How much does the US have invested. Not the BS "guestimates" you see from Yahoo or CNBC but the real number. The world economy is way worse off then anyone is willing to admit.

    Price wise sure. Market cap wise, the real number that matters, not even close.

    SMCI market cap = 36.8B
    NVDA market cap = 1.71T

    I've said this a bunch in this thread and elsewhere but by the end of this decade NVDA will be the most valuable company in the world.
