It’s been difficult to do poorly in the markets. And I’ve tried to do poorly :D

My buddy had a stock option where he'd get paid out for the lowest close in the quarter, then immediately sell for a profit and do whatever he wanted.

My 401k and all retirements are 100% in total market funds or SP500 funds.

I r my fund manager and I make bad decisions.

My old company though - if I got stock options and sat on it, almost 300% in 5 years....

    Yeah.
It used to be that options were the norm. Lowest close in the quarter is a good deal. Mine were always set at the price on a set date, and it seemed like it was always a date where the price was higher than the norm, so I rarely took advantage of them. I prefer having the grants that I have now -- no need to purchase and flip, they just vest on a schedule. They used to vest annually, then they switched it to quarterly, and now it's monthly. If I leave, I lose all the unvested shares, though -- the "golden handcuffs."

My 401k is in the "2035 Fund," although I will likely retire before 2035. I just wanted to be a little more aggressive and not mess with allocating it myself. If I did it myself, I would make bad decisions.

3 years of my ROTH...yeah, It's my for fun..
This is WITH -$3800 in $BBIG (now 200 shares) and -$2100 GTII
I also have 230 shares of $GME in that
But I try to be sure 75% of my plays are "real" Like $LEU, $ZTS, $APPL (At $135 up 68%), and I love $RITM...bought more of that every time it dipped...

Flew down to Vegas and back via Southwest on Friday. Got the usual jokes about "hurpa durp hope the door doesn't fall off!"

Bitch, I check the serial #s on the door header when I get on the plane. I was on two 737s that entered service during the McKinley administration. Those early 73's are solid. First one I was one even had its seats replaced sometime within the last 40 years. Luxury.

Flew back in during a windstorm. W30 G40. 45 degrees to our approach. It was lively. The windsock on touchdown was doing the wacky waving inflatable arm man thing. Left gear touched down and homie up front hit that rudder so hard to straighten up you could feel it lol

Could be worse...you could be on a space station and your flight home is still "experiencing technical issues"

SpaceX is bailing out the astronauts.

That said - the new guy at least has an engineering degree. Like a real one. And climbed the ranks at Collins in the aero industry.

    Here's what's even crazier...
    Inflation adjusted Boeing stock price...
$173 today = $139 in 2019....In 2019 $BA was trading at $380...which is inflation adjusted $475 a share today...So the stock is literally down 75% dollar for dollar from pre-k0Vid....
it SHOULD be a huge buy...

    Hmmm...
Can $NVDA break $130.90 before close tomorrow???
Quite a battle going on with the options into earnings, but the expected window of Over $120, under $140 has an insane amount of contracts...

    Hindenburg pops the $SMC Bubble.

I wonder if they had any of the 22,000 $400 puts that are up slightly

I grabbed an SMCI ($545 weekly @ .75) and NVDA ($140 sept 20 @ 4.12) call today. a JPM analyst said that report was mostly revisiting 2020 allegations and speaking with ex employees. Betting on a bounce.

Gonna ask my portfolio management instructor in class what he thinks of a GME GTII 50/50 portfolio. Surely He'll just give me an A and tell me I dont have to attend class anymore right?
