Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

The $NVDA call is a Bull bet based on the earnings options activity this week so far...the $SMCI I fear will be eaten up by decay into friday...I would take any profits ASAP on the $SMCI and reload on a dip...Unless it's literally a casino buy hoping for a $50 rebound this week

Make sure you provide charts that straddle Nov 2020 to Apr 2021...GREAT time to own I had 10,000 shares at a cost under $0.09 of GTII and sold at $0.30....and then it went to $4....

A 5% beat at the top and bottom line for NVDA wasn't good enough. I'm betting it goes rockets by Friday.

Idk, NVDA definitely should have moved more, but i think there's a lot more skeptics about it's pricing like every day now. And i don't mean skeptics of NVDA itself exactly, more so the market they're after. THeir whole valuation is riding on AI ...AI in real life seems a lot like it's turning out to just be search engines that are somehow worse and plagiarism machines

 

It's already overvalued, but that doesn't mean people aren't going to try to make money off the hype. I'm not buying into the hype, but there's going to continue to be a lot of investment in compute for a while. Until 2028 when they surpass the energy supply and literally can't.

 

It's already taking 1 to 2 years for new and current data centers to provision new power from the providers.

 

I put my money where my mouth is today. I sold off nearly all my $ZTS and $XOM both were at greater than 20% return, and converted it all to $NVDA.

 

I also snagged some $NVDA $125 weeklies for tomorrow at what I HOPE was today's bottom

Still slowly adding to DKNG and realize I have more than I thought. Gut feeling it’ll be a good long term hold.

 

Yeah there was just a report that 20 somethings are spending more on gambling than their retirement...
I took note of this A few years ago anecdotally at work...Lots of guys betting $20 here, $10 there...when they could just be buying $DKNG or the like...they now have zero and I have shares...

 

I work in a casino in reno, and am in college. The gambling habits are screaming all around me. I've only ever used free bets that an app gave me when I put in 5 bucks. got 100 bucks for a tank of gas out of it and called it quits lmao

Edit: as of today, I have more DKNG than GME. Funny that the gambling stock is a safer "bet" than the retailer

 

Nobody who can even think about moving the NVDA market has less than $500b in AUM. NVDA is completely controlled up and down by market makers and large hedge funds. It's the "meme stock" for people with money. And the people with money (average white suburban dad with a $70k robinhood account that still hasn't figured out that robinhood is selling all his trade and personal info) that think they know how to play it, and they too, like everyone else, will get crushed by arbitrage and theta decay.
