Agreed for most stocks and the general market. I think TSLA is acting like Bitcoin right now, everyone and their mom knows about the crazy year its had and wants to get in. Regarding WSB, I have seen some sketchy stuff with small market caps. No idea how its not considered a pump and dump.

They're not. WSB right now is famously trying to force a short squeeze on GME to varying levels of success.

If all the retail investors coordinated at once, you could maybe shift a mid-cap a few points one way or the other for a day.

To be fair to WSB, if you can wade through the endless bullshit, there's some good tips. What I lurk around for mostly is trends. They got me into CRSR and PLTR early. They also burned me on BB.

I used their hive-mind shift in rhetoric to jump into Steel stocks a few weeks ago when it started buzzing about, and it's paid off well.

Ok, dude, this has been bugging me long enough. In your signature, below the picture, you've got a single dot . Get rid of that. Every time my screen is over your posts I think I have a dead pixel or a smudge.

I'm leveraged out, but somebody buy IPOF and come make fun of me when it hits $60.

Never mind. I bought a hundred shares on margin ;)

I'm trying to get this damned RH account over 25k so I can day trade with impunity

I’ve owned NUE for years, and I think yesterday’s rally brought me to break even. Then again, the dividends are reliable, so I don’t mind the weak performance.

Wow! NUE went on a tear over the last week. I'm telling you, the hive mind is real. Steel stocks are going to print in the next few months

I'm either going to hate you or thank you. I just did some research into IPOF. It's got 1B in capitol raised from it's IPO. It's got former Twitter CEO Costello behind the wheel. It's also got zero acquisition news. BUT, and it's a big one, rumors are RIVIAN might be the target. I'll pick some up in the morning.

As far as PDT goes. Yeah, my play account was over the 25K for a few months. Then I got slaughtered in SEPT. Then I got slaughtered again in OCT. Now I still have PTD status but don't have the cash. I've had an open minimum equity call for months. lol

I did OK today on yesterdays NVDA options. 57.7% up in a day on those calls.
I'm doing just peachy on my NIO calls. Those are sitting at 82% gains.
The ICLN calls are also up 55%.
My QS calls are up 48%.

Then there's FDX. Toast. Done. Total loss. Not even a miracle could recover those options.

That's the game though. As long as you win more then you loose the account keeps getting bigger. lol

I did the same with PLTR calls that you did with Fedex. I rode the wave and kept making money off it and then missed the top and got stuck holding the bag. I have some 1/8's expiring tomorrow I paid $6.00 for. There's no buyers at $.02

Probably should have gotten the manual transmission. That'll solve the problem

Well MANU has outperformed AUTO by quite a bit over the last 5 years, but neither did that well. I’d go with neither if I had the choice.

Isn't the manual always the solution?

Yep. My FDX options expire next Friday. At this point I'd loose money from the commissions if I sold them. lol
