That will probably be a great plan. The first go round @kairo was going to start selling at 300. So that’s been my target. I sold out before that last time.

Better to sell at 80% of peak on the way down vs 50% of peak on the way up.

I'm selling a handful to make 100% return on my initial investment, and then I'll let the rest ride.

They are a spin off of a very successful REIT that I've been in forever. (NCT-->NRZ, SNR, DS)
They make money off managing independent living retirement communities...Basically those over 50 condo resorts with hefty HOA fees...

 

It looks like the word is out on $GTii first 15 minutes of trading at 50% of average volume for the day.

 

Yup, making quite a run already on the volume. I mentioned it to some buddies, hopefully they got in. I have a decent position in ICBU that I'm still up over 100% in, I'm hoping the share retirement on that is soon so I can ride it up a bit, close my position, and move over to GTii before it runs up too much more, and before April 1 for sure

I grabbed 2 more shares this morning on webull. I can now say I am green on some of my gme.

 

Hedgies are letting the climb happen before the dive down happens next.

 

I tend to agree, at this point they are still in control of the price.
