apples hold a lot of quercetin which helps with fighting viruses so eat a few apples a day as well

Apple a day keeps the doctor away, I actually started eating apples every day a few weeks ago. Kids always bring them home after school (snacks) and I usually eat them.

I've talked to someone that has done quite a bit of research on this and he recommends 125,000iu on the first dose and 25,000iu for the next 10 days or so.
At 5,000iu per pill (Costco D3), it was quite a bit to choke down...

FWIW, I've had it twice.

 

I think the worst part right now about this, is that my kids are on spring break, so now my kids, the neighbors kids, and 1 other friend have to spend spring break stuck inside the house I guess if we all have it the kids can play together as there is no risk of infecting the infected.

careful on the juice, it also has a ton of fructose which can make skin cancers bloom, trust me, going on 5 years off and on treating a spot on my head. I drank a lot of apple juice. Vitc supplements are great, especially liposomal vc.
