Really I was just curious if anyone else was paying attention to this little stock. I'll obviously go for it if I want to

Cant say I’ve ever heard of it. I guess shipping is a potential play as the world gets back to business :notsure:

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Mixed emotions on that one. I watched it for a while but since removed it. Seems they are offering 125m shares to institutions shortly at $.65 I think with the intention of purchasing more ships. Their financials look decent for the past few years with steady growth in revenue. I just don't understand why the stock has tanked over the same period unless it's being shorted to oblivion.

Could be a good recovery play though once Europe is open again.

I would think residential shipping is at an all time high currently.

This was my main thought, that shipping was shut down and now is coming back to life.

That's why I'm thinking long on it might be a good call. Too bad the direct offering isn't for us retail investors.

    agreed!

The warrants are good for 5 years too. So maybe the institutions will try to drive the price up for the deal. Who knows? Does it look better if I buy 100k of shares ate the current market price of $.58 or if I buy 100k for $.65 when the market price is above $1?

Plus I read they are going to get delisted in June. Don't know how true that is.

They were almost delisted a few months ago, and they held above $1 for 10 consecutive days so they weren't delisted. I wonder if that'll happen again.

I know very very very little about all this, but a coworker whos pretty savvy suggested I put a sum im willing to gamble into it. So I threw $100 into it at $1.07/sh. They just bought 4 more vessels in the last 60 days or so. Everything im reading pegs this as a good but not great investment at 18-36 months. International shipping is about to ramp back up to over normal capacities as soon as legally allowed. They could hit their goals with the 9 vessel fleet they had if run at 95% usage, and they were running an average of 90% pre-covid. So if they purchase 3 or 4 more vessels it shouldnt be very difficult to tag their goals. If nothing else its been good to learn how the app works.
