Not expecting that to be much of a catalyst. However if he exercises and posts a yolo update I'm guessing that will boost some confidence once again.

This. If he posts his YOLO update and it shows he bought more on top of his calls then it will reinvigorate retail and bring in more FOMO buyers. This of course has no impact to the rocket but will just add more fuel for when it one day does take off. Buying more shares will not be the catalyst. The only thing we are waiting on is a margin call.

I also don't expect a YOLO update until this afternoon, likely after the market closed. So maybe some AH spikes and then a Monday spike but all in all it will be flat and we will all be disappointed and @Iwilltaco will paper hand, probably

DFV can post all the positive he wants, Reddit retail is tapped out. If he posts showing he sells, then there will be panic. I don’t think news is going to do anything, unless it’s a Div announcement. At this point this either squeezes or it doesn’t, and nobody knows when

 

If he posted he sold that would be the wrong kind of catalyst as it would definitely cause panic. There’s way too many “if he’s still in, I’m still in” folks on Reddit. I also don’t think retail is tapped out. It’s Friday. Pay day. There’s a ton of folks still dropping everything they can in every time they can. We are still apes after all

 

Yeah I have been thinking of ya bud, sucks but you'll hit on something and forget about it. If it makes you feel better my friend used to have 500 bitcoin way back when and started selling them for paypal cards and thought it was smart. He'd be worth 30,000,000 if he held.

It’s very odd behavior and I am suspicious of manipulation at the moment

 

I don’t think they are buying at anywhere near the rate they once were. Not enough to cause much movement in my opinion. Any movement comes from the big money or hopefully the forced squeeze

 

Sold the $10 $AMC 4/16 CALL for $150....Just bought it back for $8...Nice profit....Now I just do that 12 more times and I get back the $1600 I'm losing on Out of the money $PTON calls expiring today

That's my plan with COIN. Sell covered calls as soon as options start next week. I'm guessing it's going to be fat premium with all the hype. It's gonna be another NVDA for me. Long term hold that I sell OTM options on for a little extra cash each week.

Speaking of NVDA. June $650 calls on the next big dip. I'll let you know when I hop in.
