    Jeff said overnight on the 13th, with a few days to process on the brokerage side. Meaning, warrants should start showing up in Schwab accounts early next week. (Based off timelines given and interpretations)

    Threw this together as a visual...
    LOVE that Yahoo lets you download prices as a CSV...
    They are both declining, but $LIACF is falling at a faster rate to balance out the merger price...These things always find a way...If you remember...
    Feb 9th the merger is announced...Pre merger
    LIACF $2.5750
    PLUUF $0.4900
    The merger was 0.29 shares of LIACF for every share of PLUUF PLUS for every full share received from the merger you get 0.5 warrants for 3 years to buy LIACF @ $3.00
    So when the merger first was announced $PLUUF was a great buy, representing 152% value on exchange....
    But...as was theorized at the time...They balanced out...
    They BOTH have been dropping. When I was stopped out of $LIACF I bought more $PLUUF because it continually represented a better buy on the exchange. Today they are...SURPRISE...balanced and represent almost no difference in which you buy...Even the warrants no longer matter because $LIACF has fallen so far they are not likely to be executed anytime soon...
    Still, leading into the merger I would still choose $PLUUF based on these trends....
    You can see $LIACF has fallen to match $PLUUF

    again...It always works out...
