It’s not knowing when they decide to cash out that causes the problem for me. 1 of those wallets is over 10 billion now. That’s a lot of money to anyone, and the value is in selling it at some point I would think

 

You would have to trickle that like a spigot...
also you would probably want to set up several dips with recoveries using your buying power....To get people to keep buying your DOGE as you sell off and cause more dips...

 

For sure, but all this momentum and hype makes it IMO for them to just keep holding. They already crushed it, and they control the price more than pretty much anyone. Someone sold a crap ton the other day and it barely dipped like 0.03 cents. If it is Elon, that dude has been buying it for his kids, and he is hodling. Honestly I bet he doesnt care much about 10 bill right now where he stands/given his character.

Scared money don't make money. I know you're always a cautious critic which I respect (and you haven't been annoying about it like some *cough CNBC*), I definitely take some riskier positions and so far (for the *most part*) it has completely paid off. Always only put in what you can afford to lose yadi yada. At the EOD it's a casino, but the house doesn't always win here. Take a peep at DFV's threads from when he made the initial investment on GME. It's fucking hilarious. People eating him alive while he was taking losses telling him he is such an idiot, all the while he stood his ground. They're pretty incredible threads haha

BTW happy 1000 pages. Feels good to be this involved in a thread from its inception to now. At the end of the day we all still have each others best interests in mind/backs though we may sometimes disagree, and I can safely say I've learned quite a bit from some people in here, ya know who you are.

I just tried to buy some UVXY and WF wouldn't let me do it

so I bought two more GME shares instead.

 

Thats funny, I grabbed a shit ton of UVXY calls earlier today. $6.5 and $8.5 calls expiry 4/23 and a bunch of $12.50 4/30

 

I was gonna buy about 400, and got all the way through the process and WF was like, "sorry nope, unavailable for trading"

Ah well. I could transfer some money over to Fidelity or E-trade I guess.

 

I do take risks, I just like a reason to do so. DOGE is just one of those it’s going up because it’s going up gambles I don’t like to get into. I need to see a reason something will likely increase in value, that’s all. And if I bought before this spike I’d have easily sold half before it even hit .20
