    Congrats man! Saw the tag on IG, looks super nice all powdercoated too....ive been considering getting my bumpers coated but at the same time it seems like I always bump into things! :rolleyes: haha its always nice to touch up with spraypaint. I'm glad Billy is all good and working to get his customers back and make things even better than before, someday I'll take a trip to his shop and meet him finally!

    Sick truck man one oh my favorite on here. I just sold my 96 that you saw on IG we had that exact sameone lol. So I pick up my 2015 TRD off road 6 speed in superwhite. I was wonder what the TRD sport Grill ran you??? I'll be making a build as soon as I get it. All ready bought my lift tires and rims. Also did you get your intake from the dealer?

    He said it's: ~5lbs lighter than the factory bumper/hitch combo all said and done and a LOT stronger than the outgoing stock stuff as well.

    Yeah. Got that part. I haven't ever weighed my bumper and aftermarket hitch. If this can shave some pounds(more than 5 likely, since mine isn't OEM ) then it will be a worthy upgrade. Since weight savings are important in my build structure.

    TOR! :) Hey man, Unfortunately there was no scale involved, as Billy has been going off what multiple clients have reported back to him as they installed theirs. He's certain of weight savings, the exact number however, isn't 100% confirmed.

    FWIW, 3 of us(including Brute Force Billy himself) had a hand in both lifting off the old bumper/hitch and installing the new Brute Force bumper/hitch.....the Brute Force combo definitely felt lighter in our hands. I'm certain there was weight savings, just sucks we didn't have a scale handy upon installation.

    Billy @ Brute Force is currently burning up metal to catch up on orders so there may be a little wait time longer than usual----but I can vouch for the quality of his work and his attitude. He's the man! This bumper is amazingly built!

    I can't say I've had experience with Pelfrey, but I've heard nothing but good things.

    Couldn't tell ya, he's got new orders coming in just as fast as he is knocking out catch up orders. When I was in the shop, he had about 7 bumpers he was working on. Front, rear, all kinds of orders.

    To put in perspective how long one of these takes, I asked Billy how long a standard rear bumper takes to weld up(assuming all the metal is already cut, bent, etc), he says it takes him ~7 hours. That's basically 1 working day for 1 bumper. I'd imagine 10 orders would at least set him back a couple weeks depending on what kind of bumpers ordered.

    Yes, I sold my '13 Taco. :'(
    If I remember correctly, the front was just under 3" lifted and the rear was just over 2" lifted all said and done. Not too much preloaded on the front coils. I didn't want the truck too tall because I knew I'd be running 33's for tires anyway. Plus, I'm not into the super tall look lol.
