Are the spark wires routed correctly? Thats where I'd start.

Did you check all your grounds? noting unplugged? I did this work and missed plugging in my MAF and got a no start. I was good to go when I did a run about looking for missed connections.

Does the Check engine light come on when you turn the key to the ON position?

Spay just a small puff of starting fluid in the intake when cranking the engine.
If the engine tried to fire, it’s got spark. And you need to check fuel.

    If the engine doesn’t fire.
Pull the coil out, unscrew the spark plug, and stick it in the coil. (Leave coil wires hooked up)
Ground the plug on the engine block/manifold……
    Look for spark.
