Installed the Heigh10 and everything is working great and it looks awesome but Android auto is not pulling up on the screen. I've literally done every troubleshoot you can think of. I'm currently talking with one of their techs and he can't figure out what's going on either. Apple Carplay works just fine and I've gone through 4 different cables, including oem. Tried it on my other car with android auto with no issues.

When I connect it it begins to respond to android auto then just goes to the main menu and android auto isn't highlighted. Then on my s21 it shows that I'm connected but if I go into the app it shows no vehicles. I was somehow able to get to the second step of setting it up this morning but then it crashed again. Hopefully there's a solution but I'm thinking I got a faulty "brain"

So I decided to see if this would work if I plugged the USB directly to the back of the brain and android auto did work. So either the Toyota oem cable is faulty or the cable harness that connects to the Toyota oem USB cable is faulty. We'll see once they send a replacement to me.

Update, the cable was faulty and it now works. But now I'm running into another issue. Has anyone run into an issue while using the ma1 wireless Android auto? It keeps deleting in my Bluetooth devices when I shut off the truck so I have to set up Bluetooth every time I turn on the truck. Didn't have this issue with AAwireless and I've tried it on my wife's phone with the same outcome.

Hi ImBAVID, I have been experiencing this same situation with my heigh10. I just tried plugging my usb straight in the back of the brain and android auto is still not working.

Old thread, but I also wanted to chime in. I have the same issue. I can use my iPhone just fine, but ANY android phone does this exact same thing. I havent ever tried to connect directly to the back of the unit. I just got a wireless adapter to see if it works and will use my wifes Android phone and see what it does.

It might be your android device. I tried an older oneplus and it would not connect, but then tried a newer galaxy and all was well.
