YOUR TRUCK LOOKS REALLY NICE IMO...I LIKE IT AND THATS ALL THAT MATTERS HERE...lol

If I remember right {hard to do} my Lund on my old 86 truck came with rubber grommets that fit inside the holes. I also made sure to paint the insides of the drilled holes before installing it to prevent rust yrs later. It never rusted or leaked and is still on my old truck today and that was installed in 1990. My freind has it now.
I like the old visors, they look so much better than the tint or lettering bs. Wind noise just adds character ...lol Like loud tires you learn to ignore it.

Thanks for letting us know how to get one too.

Ridiculous bolt on overkill. That kind of accessory is from the 80s and 90s and usually accompanied with an overkill of chrome.

Mostly miscellaneous electronic mods.... -2 spare Electrical fuse blocks hard wired to the battery with a key on relay. -Hard Wired Radar detector over rearview mirror. -2 Dual Whelen Avenger blue LED emergency lights, one on each side of the rearview mirror. -EP911 Blue LED Light Bar & Traffic Advisor, Rear Windows. -4 corner amber strobes in stock lights. -Hardwired RF Scanner with external speaker under center console. -Huskyliner front splash guards -Fireband 2 way radio in center console. -Herculiner painted on hitch and skid plate. -Switch to power one 12v socket when truck is off. -AntiDark LED strip under hood with switch. -Timbren Rubber Springs - Rear -MBRP Offroad Cat-Back with Resonator -Duratrac's -Provisor -Color matched hood bug shield
Well if you want it done right your gonna need to bondo and smooth over the holes and paint the roof. Expensive.

If you wanna go cheaper you can just epoxy/silicone some screws into the holes in your roof and just hope they were drilled evenly across the roof so they don't look random.

You could also try to find some cab lights that would cover the holes.

All poor options if you don't want the visor.

Also another option which I used was closed end rivet nuts i drilled into the holes for the visor. I set them in with epoxy and painted them color match with a little paint kit. I can pull my visor off any time I want to and not worry about rain getting in. And the nuts are pretty low profile that they don't look too bad with visor off.

Just curious is there room to tuck a LED light bar under the visor ? (something else that makes wind noise!)

yea i would say so, it might look a little funny, but there's room for it. you would probably have to mount it to the visor though since it would be right over the windshield.

I really like this- and wish I had found this thread before spending hours on the interwebs looking for one. Seems like the current status is N/A for 3rd Gen?

Is the windshield & roof line much different on the 3’s?

As long as it’s not wider it would probably fit close enough

My understanding is, if the visor is proper design, it should help with glare and reduce heat from afternoon sun. (More than just a bolt on, if its functional.)

Aux back up lights, Bed lights, Re-located trailer plug, Good dooby, a.k.a. jumper cable mod, Heated seats, back up camera,
    I thought pompadour. Lol
I don't think it's too bad actually. It's not gaudy, and the lines seem to blend pretty well.
The light coming through the vents would bother me and the wind noise, fahgetaboutit. I'd go out of my mind.
