Looking to drop my truck a bit. Want to keep my wide rims and drop it enough so that the body sits above the wheels. Want to make sure I would still be able to drive be it at high speeds without worrying about anything hitting.

Lmk what I might need and which mod would be great for my truck

are your rims wider than the fenders? If so, you will need to be careful going low. Too low and you will rub on bumps, or possible cause damage to the fender and tire. Unless you plan to make it a static ride height that NEVER changes, but thats if you want it to ride like it has bricks for shocks and cement for springs.

Thats from my experience with lowered vehicles not the Taco specifically...but it kinda goes for any vehicle if the wheels are wider than the fenders.

On the lowering that's why I beanbag drop it enough to have some gap so it won't rub.
