It started today and it’s been surging from 500 to 1000 RPMs back and forth until I try again and go in reverse a few times and park then again and it resolves itself but it revs a little like 500 to 700 back and forth again. The AC isn’t on either so it’s not effecting it. But it runs fine other then that, it idles fine at a red light or a stop. Just in Park it does that. And there’s no check engine light. Any help??

I'd start by disconnecting the battery, clean the throttle body, and reconnect.
