You can probably get away with 265/70/17, otherwise stick with 265/65/17.

tire size has nothing to do with destroying the rid as far as rub you can go up an inch

Typically from what I've read and looked at, staying stock is your best bet if you plan on going off road and don't want to commit to any modifications.

Some have gotten away with 33s and minimal trimming, but doubt they've undergone any testing cycling the suspension at full lock, or stuffing the tires off road and not encounter any issues.

Of course may be wrong, and if I am, any one else feel free to chime in. In most videos ive seen going on about biggest tires on stock suspension, It's almost always "tested" on pavement and no mention of off road.

^^ This ^^ .. and there are numerous threads dedicated to going up a tire size. Will it rub? I think that's a maybe depending on a few variables including the chin spoiler on the Sport. I debated going with 70's but decided not too. Here's a thread where I posted some pics of my new TOYO Open Country AT3's (stock size) and a couple of my clearance.

So glad someone finally asked this. Current body style has been around for 5 years and FINALLY someone asks what size tire they can run.

265/70/17. I recommend you get C load tires as they’re the same load range as stock. E load will deteriorate your ride quality.

    Like, so many.
You can definitely do 265/70/17 with no issues. I recommend the Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

@CttAznRanger you ran Cooper STT Pro's in 255/75/17 on stock Sport Wheels with zero issue correct?

Correct. Honestly, it's been said that 255/80R17 works fine as well

265/70/17 will not rub on the chin spoiler. The tires might “touch” the front mudflaps, other than that it’s good to go.

    Stock

I will probably stick with stock size, my truck didn’t come with mudflaps but I plan on adding them. I don’t want tires rubbing on anything.

These look good, these are the tires I was looking at. They do well on the street?
