Yes, I already have SPC UCAs installed.

So I've finished putting on the Ironman 2" lift kit, and UCAs and I take my truck in for alignment. The first place did a couple retarded things so after their third try at getting this thing aligned, I left them and went to another shop. Both shops however tell me that my eccentrics are maxed out and I'm still not in spec as far as alignment goes. I still have positive camber and the UCAs are all the way in their innermost position.

My question is whether there are any LCAs out there that allow for more adjustment AKA bigger eccentrics. The cheaper the better. Or if you have any idea why my eccentrics are maxed out, my UCAs are in their innermost position and I STILL have positive camber?

Do they realize they can adjust camber on the UCA itself ?

What position do you have the balljoint set at ?

Yes, they have the SPC's adjuster... bolt... washer... thing all pointed in the innermost direction. Which should theoretically suck the top of the tire in the most. And the eccentrics are pushed outward as far as they will go. Still positive camber.

Is the SPC logo facing out towards the tire ?

I don't see a logo. This is the Drivers Side. Actually, now that I've gotten a picture of it, is that in the +4 deg caster position?!

Yeah , seems like they are trying to deal with an incorrect caster pre set and because camber and caster are played off against each other with the eccentrics , they are running out of adjustment

If you put the balljoint to the neutral position , I bet you would be good

Thanks. Jesus. I even told them specifically those move... But I can't really fault them. I sat there after they'd finished and nodded my head like an idiot while he was telling me there was no more adjustment to play with. I even looked at the balljoint and thought they were in the neutral position.

No. That first shop (idiots) lost them the third time I took it back in. I'll try and find a PDF somewhere of them. Do you happen to know offhand what specs I should shoot for with a 2" lift? I want to be able to bring them something with some numbers on it next time I bring it in. Thanks for your help.

Did you try turning it off, then back on again? Hope this helps.

I'm sorry, I'm still new at this. Has someone done a writeup on how to turn it off and then on again? I feel like I'm at the technical level where I could attempt it, but I would feel more comfortable with a video or something.
