Wouldn't it be worth your while to pay for a dyno run so you have first hand data for your own product?

Someone already claimed to have dyno'd but never provided a sheet.

I took some picks but they came out kind of blurry. One thing did you was instead of grinding down the fins on the inside of the airbox I was able to just snap them off with a pair of pliers then cleaned it all up. The pic was before cleaning it up. I haven't really noticed that much sound wise (which is nice) and the throttle response feels better to me. You should reset the ECU so it relearns but it will eventually learn the new airflow. I've had it in for almost 2 weeks with an AFE dry drop in filter and I think it was worth it. I maybe gained an mpg or two but it seems to be breathing better and more responsive. Thanks again for making the kit!

Nice clean hole AJ. You didn't have to clip the inside flange did you?

No I didn't I actually just centered it on the outside and drilled from the outside in. I guess I got lucky and it came out pretty centered in that spot. Hahaha!

Did my install last weekend. Measure/align twice and cut once. No trimming of any kit parts needed. Fit perfect. Inner fender steel is tough! Used a dremmel on the box fins. Forgot to paint over the fender hole to prevent eventual rust to the newly exposed steel - so I now have something to do when spring comes! Thanks to all who had a part in development and manufacturing.

    Good deal guys!

No clipping or trimming of any kit parts was the intention during the very first install by oorah54.

Found when I did my initial fit that the center fin was on the vertical layout line for the center of the hole. I too cut the air box hole from the outside - then trimmed the fins after tracing the flange edge by placing it through the hole from the inside and marking the edges. Did the fender hole alignment by tracing the tube (per instructions) and taping a paper circle cut-out, with the center marked, over the fender tracing hole. Fits like a glove.

I have a lot of these ready to go.

I also have a Toyota dealer asking about them.

Sounds like you might have to step up production!
