After market; headlight assembly, fog light assembly, brake light assembly, 17" rhino wheels, K&N air filter on both intake manifold and cabin.
My truck is stock height and I wanna put a small lift on the front because my tires rub on the fenders. I also need new shocks in the front, can anyone give me guidance on what I need and a cost affective way to go about it?

Lift might not fix it, depending on where the rub is, the wheel specs and the tire specs.

5100's are the fav around here. Probably middle perch for your case.

Welcome TW! Go with the bilstien 5100 adjustable and a aal in the rear.ypu will get 1.5 to 2 inches of lift.
Edit also get that alignment checked. The wheel can be adjusted/moved more toward the front. The lift will not gaurantee your tires will not rub. You may end up having to do the cab mount chop it.
