Stock Beginnings

Hello everyone, I've had my taco (2022 off-road) for 8 months now (got it on Halloween) and I've decided to make a post about my current build and future plans for the build.


Added a AVS lightshield pro and marker lights, bakflip mx4 tonneau cover, black overlays for emblems, and a carven exhaust (I'll add some more pics later, just have a pic of the lights for now) Oh and a petal commander on the way.


My sights are set on changing my grill up a bit, but not how you might think. I really like the devil horn emblems that I discovered on here. I have TSS, so apparently I'll need to relocate it. Also, I want to paint the grill black. The emblem would be a color match to my truck (celestial silver metallic), maybe a 3-color anodize but unsure on the colors for that. Next thing I was thinking about a partial wrap (satin black) on the hood, roof, side mirrors, and part of the tailgate where the tacoma letters are so I can put color matching silver inserts in.

Ill probably be happy with that until my oem tires need to be replaced. I'd like to go a bit bigger 275s, get some black 17 inch rims (up from 16 I believe), maybe even some new fender flares. I'll need to lift it some I'm sure to fit that since I want some negative offset. Sounds great in my head, but it will cost a pretty penny.

Next thing is a long ways away since I would want to wait till my warranty is over (70k miles I think) would be the magnuson supercharger. So like 6 years from now.

There are plenty of other things I'd like to do, interior mods, smoking out the lights a bit, front bumper. I'll see about doing some of those waiting for 70k miles for the SC. Maybe even a roof rack and sport bar after the SC, or I won't keep the weight down.

Sorry for the long winded build plan, but I've been thinking about it awhile and wanted to tell someone. Any advice, encouragement, or critiques are welcome.
