My setup I have right now is 5100's in the front with stock coils SR5 at 2.5'. My truck sits almost exactly level... I feel that my coils are sagging because when I see other people with their 5100's at 1.75, it looks identical to my height at 2.5...

I have 69k miles on my truck, would that be old enough to get new coils?

Depending on your use, that could be enough to make the coils sag. Preloading the coils will also make the coils crap out quicker.

Easy answer would be to measure and compare with someone that has a lift @ 1.75 and 2.5. Did you take an initial measurement? My truck had 3K miles at the time of the lift and these numbers. Let me know if this helps I can remeasure. I'm at 5K miles now.
