Stock Diffs F&R - 2003 4Runner (3.91 Gears)

For sale is my stock rear 3rd and front clamshell from my 2003 4Runner--both with 3.91 gears. The front is the 8" IFS clamshell, which I think is the same as at least some of the Tacomas. The rear is the 8" V6 differential, which might be different from some of the Tacomas.

The differentials were pulled at about 108K miles. I never had any problems with either of them (no noise, no leaking, etc.)--I just wanted to regear and add some traction control. The diffs for sale are the factory original differentials.

$200 each, or $350 for both. I'm willing to ship on the buyer's dime. Located in San Mateo, CA.

Note I'm just selling the front differential, not the tube assembly or the stub shaft for the ADD. I had to swap those over to my new differential.

Just curious did you put in a limited slip or something?

 

Yea, I put in a TrueTrac from ECGS in back (and returned a spare 3rd I had) and bought a used clamshell diff with an ARB, both geared to 4.88. So I have the stock diffs left over to sell.
