stock fender flare removal

    2.5 inch coil spacer and rear add-a-leaf
    if 17 inch rims and 285 70 17 tires still rub my fender flares im gonna take em off. anyone on here taken there's off? how does it look? would like to see pics if you got them.

    There are a few bolts and screws holding the fender on. Look near the ends of the fender at the front and the bottom. Then there are plastic clips that hold the fender to the sheet metal. Be careful pulling on these as they will more than likely break. You will end up with a bunch of holes left where the stock flares were at.

    In this pic, no more stock flares. Just a bedliner type material over where the stock flares used to be.

    thanks man. it looks bad ass with that bedliner material. where did you get it and what did you do to put it on?

    I need to finish it off with line-x. Alot of work has gone into these fenders. Probably about 40 hours of my own time cutting/filling/sanding the fenders. Not an easy task at all.

    yeah i bet. its worth it though cus it looks really good.
