Cap, incorrect rims & tires, stereo...

If you want to have a stock fog light switch, go to a Toyota dealer. It costs $71.14 with tax in CA. And it fits perfectly. However, I'm not having any luck locating the connection point, (pigtail) where the wires go, and then neatly into the slot to connect.
