I have a Mossberg 395 that i need a stock for. I have searched all over the web and only been able to find the synthetic stock. I want the wooden stock because this gun was passed down to me from my dad and i want to keep it original. I did find a walnut stock at Numrich but it has been out of stock for months now.

    Thank you for your help!!

I searched around didn't find much...

shows the Mossberg 395 was sold rebranded under Western Auto and Western Field

It would probably be more expensive but you might try finding a local wood worker that understands strength of materials and grain orientation. See if they would make a custom stock. You would probably need to get them a synthetic stock to use as a template.

Thanks for your help. The gun is a westernfield from Montgomery wards. That is probably the route I will have to go but I'm keeping that as my last resort due to the cost.
