stock headlight housing customizing

    ok so when you look at your head lightsthe housing has a cone like shield opver the bulb that reflects the light off of the bulb back onto the housing and then out of the lense...

    what would happen if we took the shield that covers the bulb up out? if i gut it out would the lights be brighter or just a bad beam pattern

    anyone ever done this?

    That cover is there so you don't blind oncoming driver's with your low beams.

    I understand hu don't want to blind ne increase mng drivers.. but this would be for an Offroad only truck. So do you think thy would be brighter bit still have a good beam pattern?

    They have to be brighter
