Kinda have a problem here. I am stock right now and my OME lift doesnt come till the end of the month and need tires. Is there any way possible to run a 285/75/16 Duratrac tire on a level 8 guardian wheel -12mm 4.5 bs wheel for a few weeks? Or would the rubbing be too much to deal with. I know after lift is on i will have to do a cmc and trim plastic

It looks like you have a 2012 in your avatar, surely your stock tires can make it 3 more weeks...

I figured that they wouldn't fit worth a shot. I got 265/75/16 duratracs put on last week at discount tire and they screwed up my wheels pretty good. They want to fix the problem and offed me a great deal on the level 8's and upgrade to the 285's for an extra hundred but cant put very many more miles on the 265's. Stock tires are already on my wifes 4runner

Take the wheels/tires back in the 4runner or in someone else's truck and get the ones they are giving you and just put them on the truck and don't drive it and wait for the lift or buy some throwdown oem wheels/tires to use until lift is on or borrow a set from a friend until lift is on. Quandry on timing for sure but don't pass on the deal they are offering you on the lvl8s and other tires. Good luck.
