I was considering going the route of aftermarket stock length lower control arms and had some questions. I was specifically leaning towards Dirt King, as my understanding is their LCA's will not reduce turning radius and do not require wheel spacers. I was hoping to ping some subject matter experts here to get a second opinion on potential cons of this route. What I understand to be the pros and cons are below, please let me know if I'm missing anything. For reference I have a 3rd gen TRD OR w/ King 2.5 EXT and adjusters, SPC UCA's and Deaver leaf pack on 33" tall skinnys (255/85/16). Solid input is appreciated (even the, that is dumb for this reason).

    Pros:
    -Increased durability
    -Increased clearance
-Increased articulation (this one I'm unsure of, they mention it in a youtube video, however I have yet to see that quantified)
    -Replaceable skid plate

    Cons:
    -Cost
-Weight? (I'm guessing they are heavier than stock, not sure)

The only ones that tend to get reduced turning radius that I am aware of are the race standard lowers TC makes. They also have the expedition lowers now that do not reduce the turning radius. anyone that has a thinner part that sicks out should be fine.

Also almost all will not need a spacer unless you are running the bypass shock. The spacer is to ensure you clear the shock not the LCA.

If you plan to run a bypass you will prob still need a spacer or high offset wheels. I am running 3.5BS wheels so I do not have to run spacers but still had some shock rubbing but with some better hoop placement should good.

The 4 options out there you will see the most of are:

    LSK
    Dirt King
    Camburg
    Total Chaos

Also just to note I have the Standard Race TC Lowers. There is some reduced radius but you get used to it. Its the same limited radius the +2LT kit has as well.
