sweet jesus. you're not gonna fit a full short 33 without issues.

you should have bought a jeep if you wanted to run a stupid tire size.

From looking around the board some guys have managed to clear a 275/70 which is a skinny as hell 33. I'm not a fan, but a man/women with a case of beer and a hammer can clear anything if their mind is set on it.

I'd just lift it. It's what all the cool kids do.

I ran a 265/70/18 on stock lift, it would rub in reverse at lock and some deep dips at low speed. High speed since the trunk tends to roll outside it was never an issue.

My falken 265 was 32.7 tall i believe. That is about the absolute max and the 265 made it narrower so I had less rubbing than the 285/65 guys.

I could run a bigger tire now, but I prefer the tall narrow safari style so the 265/70 is my go to.

I suggest the Pirelli Zero Nero. Great all weather handling.

I've got 285/75/17s BFG KO2s. Slight rub on UCAs at full wheel lock. Other than that no rubbing or trimming done. Just recently did a 2in spacer in the front, nothing on rear suspension. Will be using 1.25 spacers to clear UCA rubbing.
