So my 2011 seems to have longer mudflaps in the front. I don't remember my '08 draggin them when I'm goin down the camp road. I didn't put a lift or anything on yet but I've thought about cuttin about 2" off of em just for clearance. Anyone else notice this? Chime in for any input guys.

Sold my truck Jan '13... Still hang around.
Used a dremel to cut a few inches off mine. I don't scrape damn speed bumps anymore.

Also... Ever pull up next to a Tacoma on the interstate? Those things catch so much wind they bend all the way back. Maybe mine still do.. I dunno.

So this is what is happening when I go over speed bumps?
I thought maybe the tire was rubbing a little.
Well I know what I am doing this weekend.

I trimmed 4" off my front mud flaps. No dragging since!

I believe the '05s are the only ones with shorter front flaps. They lengthened them in '06 and I can't believe the '11 would have longer ones as the '06-'10 were practically dragging on the ground!

Just get a least a 3" lift and 33"s so you will be forced to take them off.:D
