I get the feeling that there are plenty of pictures out there but i cant seem to find any of the fist gen wheels painted black. I like the look of the black rim, but i feel that the style of the stock rim might not look right in black. Any pictures would be great, especially in silver

Not my truck but I like these if the paint would hold up.

As long as the surfaced is prepped well it should hold up fine. I didn't have any problems with mine.

All I did was wash the rim with acetone prior to painting and it worked great (no chipping so far).

Man, I got the silly spiral editions too... not even gonna bother. I'd prefer the black ATX Mojave or some black powder coated American Racing Outlaw II's... oh, when will I ever stop wanting to change my truck?!?
