Stock Shocks for a 3 inch rear lift? PLEASE HELP

    So point being is ordered my fox shocks stuppid seller was suppose to send them fast so that they arrive here by Friday but idiot didnt send them till late Tuesday and sent it in ground so UPS is estimating it will arrive till monday afternoon.

    Anyways I'm lifting my truck this weekend because I'm excited to get my spindles in. I wanted to know if I can use my stock trd shocks for the time being??? The rear will be lifted 3 inches???

    I'm gonna agree with no..I wouldn't rush into lifting it until you have everything you need so you don't end up breaking something and costing yourself more $$$

    you will definetly over extend the shock.
    i think even if you were to use that just on the streets and be safe with it (not flexing it at all), they will still blow on you. i think.

    Stacked spacer lift, 22x12 wheels with stretched 33's, tow mirrors, bull nuts.
    Just wait until you have all the correct parts for your lift. Won't be worth fucking something up because you can't wait a few days.

    Ucant even use the 5100' s with more than 2" of loft without blowing them..... Ur gunna blow the stockers in the rear with 3"

    If it helps any, I ran mine with the stock shocks with a full Dakar pack which is about 2.75" of lift for about a month. No offroad, just to work and back, and had no issues. If you want to be brave, just go without shocks for the weekend...

    I know, I have run them......... that opens up another barrel of worms I didnt want to bring up about bumpstops. I was trying to keep the post simple.
