Stock Speaker Sizes

I recently purchased a 1996 Yota Extended cab. It has four stock speakers (2 in door, 2 in the back) that I want to remove to put in new ones. I looked online and it said they were 6.75" speakers, but didn't specify the depth. When I tried to measure the depth, it looked like they were 6", not 6.75". Does anyone know the stock width/depth of the four speakers?

www.crutchfield.com lists them as 6.75" but some of the 6.5" will fit in the spaces for the rears. The fronts are 5.25".

 

Any clue on the depths? And yeah crutchfield listed them all four as 6.75" so I was confused.

 

my 96 door and rear speakers are 5 1/4''. Not 6.5''
