I have a stock 2018 trd o/r and I've been hearing a clicking noise in the front area whenever the suspension is compressed whether it's over a speed bump or dip. Ive had toyota try to trace the noise down 3 times. Nothing. I've had a body shop try and find it 5 times. Nothing. American tire depot 4 times. Nothing. I've had mechanics from all three places drive with me to hear the noise thinking that it would help them get a better idea of what it could be. Still nothing was found. I've exhausted all my options to find the problem. Any opinions or advice would be helpful at this point.

I have a 2017 sr5 dcsb and I have the same issue. It’s been like that since I bought it and no one can find the problem. It’s kinda tricky to get the truck to make the noise but if I go over a speed bump at the right speed it clicks when the truck compresses. I also get a squeak when I compress in full turn. I posted a thread on here and a
Guy told me to grease all my joints and look for wore rubber/plastic on moving joints (a arms UCAs and everything else) I couldn’t find anything that looked bad and it still makes the noise after greasing.
Guess I’ll live with it, maybe it will go away when I upgrade my suspension.. maybe you can catch the noise on video? I have been trying to catch mine on video for ever.

Issue with a strut assembiy or body/radiator mount can generate a metal to metal “clack” noise

Could you explain "click" a litle better? A click to me would be something I couldn't hear if the radio was on or someone was talking. Is it much louder than that? It's not a "clunk"?

A clunk could be a cab mount out of alignment. A click, I don't have anything.

I had a similar issue. Eluded me for about two years. It was my damn center caps! Check those and good luck.

Now to find the mystery clunk at slow speeds while turning...
