If you have 16” rims look at 265/75R16. The only time 17” rims help is options in 33” tires, or less tire roll for hard turns. If you stick with 32” then R16 helps off-road with extra sidewall and tire patch when airing down.

FYI It helps people give you advice if you add some of your basic truck details in your profile.

Those are the ones I got, the 265/75R16. I don't think I'll need to air down for any of the stuff I'm planning on doing in the near future, once I get more comfortable I will start going on the more exciting trails.
Added some details in my profile thanks for the tip!

Personally I’m a fan of having more rubber if you actually use your truck for truck shit, but I also prefer to air down when I go out fishing on the beach or hunting in the desert

    CHEVERLY my service dog! Lol
ok, well this posses a whole new view on what I was planning on doing. I have a 2014 Tacoma Limited 4x4 DCLB. my goal is the same as in this thread. I am looking to get about 2" lift front and rear so when I am camping, fishing or doing some light off-roading, I don't want to bottom out. Most of my daily driving is on the highway, but on weekend we sometimes visit the range and go camping. I have 4x4 experience with my old jeep, so I am really careful to pick a good line. My limited came with 18'' rims. If I go the same route with 5100's and a 17'' rim and tire package will I be good for daily driving? What am I not considering?

See my earlier response. You’ll be fine for daily duty. Might be cheaper to find some 16” stock takeoffs but it’s your money friendo
