I have stock UCAs and have never taken them off. I have a leveling Toytec kit in the front and had it professionally aligned.

There is a gap that I noticed between the UCA bushings and the bolt w/ built in flange/washer. Is this normal for the stock UCAs?

If you have the capacty, I would remove wheel, put jack under lower arm to keep weight on it and check torque. I seem to remember my SPC upper arms doing the same thing when they were not torqued properly. However, from what you mention the uppers should not have been touched, and certainly wouldn't have been touched for an alignment.

Yes, that's my thoughts exactly. The shop shouldnt have touched that at all. I will look up the torque and make sure its torqued correctly.
I will upload a picture later on to show the gap.
